How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 6 days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, cash on delivery is available on most PIN codes. You can see it at checkout.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹59 applies.
How do I choose my size?
Use the size guide on any product page, or try the size finder on our size guide. Between two sizes, go one size up.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please read the returns and exchanges policy.
How do I track my order?
Use the track order page with your order number and email. We also email tracking details once your order ships.
How should I wash my kurti?
Gentle machine wash in cold water with similar colours. Do not bleach, dry in shade and iron on low heat. Details are on each product page.
Will the colours match the photos?
We try to be as accurate as possible. Screens differ a little, and printed fabrics can vary slightly from piece to piece.
