7-day returns and exchanges
You can request a return or a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
What we accept
- Items that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags attached.
- Items that arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Please share photos.
What we cannot accept
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without tags.
How to start
- Email shopkishi.com@gmail.com with your order number, the item, and the reason. Add photos if the item is damaged.
- We will reply with the next steps within one working day.
- Send the item back as instructed. We check it on arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, the refund goes to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or UPI, and we will ask you for the details. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We will send the new size once the original item is received, subject to stock.
