Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed.
• Delivery usually takes 3 to 6 days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
• You will get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• A flat charge of ₹59 applies to orders below that.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on most PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready when the parcel arrives.

Delays

Weather, festivals and courier issues can sometimes cause delays. If your order is late, write to shopkishi.com@gmail.com and we will chase it for you.
